This will allow us to save costs and&nbsp;keep i.LEVEL as competitive as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The restrictions in place for much of 2020 have allowed us to perfect our email Support system \u2013 all emails to Support are seen by our entire team and allocated to one member of staff.
