Providers are enrolled with the selected insurance carriers.
We help with selecting the appropriate or top insurance carriers, making the application, and following up till you receive your Enrolment number.
Support for MU Incentive
Tranquilmoney has the expertise in MU incentive applications. We also provide guidance for meeting the requirements to receive incentives.
The incentive programs are run through Medicare and Medicaid and provide incentive payments to eligible professionals (EPs), eligible hospitals and critical access hospitals (CAHs) as they adopt, implement, upgrade or demonstrate MU of certified EHR technology.
Credentialing Support
We convert paper patient records with 100% accuracy. Data is double keyed from scanned paper and billed per record/form.
Electronic health records from other software is also converted to PracticeTrackerTM format and imported with accuracy.
Scanning
If you cannot scan your paper medical bills, forms or records, courier the paper to our office in New Jersey. It will be scanned, organized and emailed / FTP-ed back to you.
Data archiving
Data archiving lets health care providers store patient records for years, as state and federal laws require.
We use our software TeleFiche for archival and retrieval. You can easily search, sort or filter to find your records.Our services are HIPAA-compliant for storage of protected health information (PHI) as well as employee or business data from legacy software.
Data Transition
When we work with a new Physician’s Practice, we collect all the relevant information including billing and collection status and transfer data to PracticeTracker™ as part of the process to take over and start work.
This is charged at a nominal rate.
