Approved vendor for electronic submission to the NY State Workers’ Compensation Board

We resolve billing disputes with the Workers' Compensation Board, NY

The Workers' Compensation Board, NYS, decides the eligibility and quantum of the benefits and/or medical care and directs employers’ insurance carrier to provide weekly cash benefits and medical aid.

  • The claim is paid if the employer or the insurance carrier agrees that the injury/illness is work-related.
  • If the employer or insurance carrier disputes the claim, no cash benefits are paid until the Workers' Compensation Law Judge takes a decision.
  • If the employer or insurance carrier refuses to accept that the injury is job-related, the employee may be eligible for Disability Benefits in the meantime.

If you find yourself in the middle of abovementioned disputes, our experienced team of experts will help you sail through smoothly.

At TM, we take care of the entire revenue cycle management that includes charge entry, electronic and manual claims submission, claims tracking and verification, AR follow up, payment posting and patient billing.
