Dr Karun Phillip is the Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder of Tranquilmoney. Prior to this, Dr Philip ran Imagine Technologies, Inc., a company focused on using proprietary imaging and workflow technologies to enable and outsource remote back office operations for the healthcare industry.

Dr Phillip is an MS and PhD in Computer Engineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Iowa, with a specialization in Collaborative Artificial Intelligence for practical extraction of human heart walls from CT images. He holds an Undergraduate Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, India.

Before founding Imagine Technologies, Dr Phillip headed a Collaborative Artificial Intelligence Research-focused Unit at Tata Consultancy Services, India's largest software company.

Harpal Maini is an Advisory Board Member and a Co-Founder of Tranquilmoney. Mr. Maini was formerly a trader in the Global Asset Securitization Group at Deutsche Bank. Earlier at Morgan Stanley, he was involved in trading fixed income securities and developing mathematical models for trading.

He has been instrumental in developing a comprehensive, structured financial product at Tranquilmoney. As a Founding Team Member, his vision has led the Tranquilmoney team in developing holistic solutions to address clients’ diverse business needs, thereby taking the company to greater heights. Mr. Maini has a PhD in Computer Science from Syracuse University, and a BE from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, India.

S. Eswaramoorthi is the Chief Operating Officer at Tranquilmoney. A BE in Mechanical Engineering from Mepco Schlenk Engineering College, Tamil Nadu, Eswaramoorthi started his career as a CAD/CAM Engineer in a water treatment company. Soon, he moved to the IT Industry.

Eswaramoorthi has been with us since 2005. As a Software Professional with a sound experience in Microsoft Technologies, he is responsible for developing a significant part of the PT major medical billing and NY WC. He is attributed with introducing various novel concepts and technologies across projects, effecting cost reduction and automation. Admired for his sound interpersonal and analytical abilities, Eswaramoorthi is also responsible for strategic planning and providing technical direction.

He has successfully led massive teams and his specialties include Team Building, Project Management, People Management, Streamlining Processes, and Programming using .NET Technologies.

A Graduate in Commerce with an academic experience in Cost Accountancy and Business Management, Joseph joined TM/MMIT as a Consultant - Accounts Finance and Secretarial in December 2017. With a career spanning across four decades, Joseph has been a part of companies such as Southern Investments, Anugraha Group, Kone Corporation, and Best and Crompton Engineering Ltd. in various Finance & Accounts-related capacities.

At Tranquilmoney, he brings to the table, his learnings and experience in Business Planning and Monitoring, Accounting and Audit, Financial Management, Sourcing equity/debt-based structured deals, Mezzanine Financing and Securitisation, Compliance, Reconstitution & Taxation, MIS and legal planning. His wide career exposure has proved to be instrumental in designing and planning the financial aspects of our projects.

Susan is the Vice President, Physicians’ Relationships at Tranquilmoney. An M.Com, Susan brings in more than 16 years of experience in Project Management [Healthcare Billing] and Client Servicing. Her specialities include Revenue Cycle Management, Client Liaison, Project Transition, Project and Team management.

Having been associated with Tranquilmoney since October 2003, Susan has been pivotal in building and strengthening our client relationships. With a sound know-how of the client servicing and relationship dynamics, Susan has carved out some robust policies and procedures and simultaneously ensured their strict adherence and zero compromise on relationship management. Susan has no second thoughts on the significance of customer relationships, and with her extensive people management experience, Susan has been instrumental in strengthening our ties with our key clients.

Karthikeyan heads our BPO division and has been with Tranquilmoney for almost two decades, serving across various divisions. A BSc in Mathematics, Karthikeyan has started from scratch, groomed himself through self-learning initiatives and risen to the leadership role with his extensive experience in BPO Operations Management across several domains at Tranquilmoney.

His passion for people management has led to the formation of a strong BPO operations team that has constantly delivered to client expectations. A self-driven individual, Karthikeyan has made significant contributions in resolving complicated exigencies. His efforts to enhance and streamline BPO operations have helped the company reverse losses. His aptitude for quality management and insights about the TQM methodology has helped the company build various quality measures and successfully achieve client satisfaction.

Robins is the Vice President, Systems, Network, Security and Compliance at Tranquilmoney. He is responsible for Servers (Windows & Linux) Administration, Firewall & Network Security Administration, Helpdesk Team Management, and IT Infrastructure Management. Having joined Tranquilmoney since February 2019, Robins brings in an extensive experience of 20 years in IT Networking, Management & Administration.

Robins holds a DEEE (Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering) and his primary speciality is System Administration and IT Security. His vast exposure complimented with robust IT management skills, has strengthened our technological know-how and solutions. Tranquilmoney being a technology-driven company, Robins is assigned with the responsibility of strengthening and substantiating the IT foundation of the company.

Harry Natt joined Tranquilmoney in October, 2019. He is responsible for the closure of strategic deals that directly and significantly contribute to the success of the company. Prior to this, Harry has worked at leading revenue cycle management companies for 12 Years as Business Development Manager, where he was responsible for maintaining and growing business relationships with their largest and most strategic outsourcing clients.

Harry’s deep industry insights and salesmanship has successfully driven the Sales team at Tranquilmoney to create and establish strategic relationships. A sales professional at the core, Harry is keen in improvising the business viability and profitability of the private medical practice sub-sector.

Harry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras.

As the Vice President, Human Resources, Latha possesses strong talent recognition and management skills. She has been with the company for over 13 years and has groomed herself through experiences in various verticals of the entire HR gamut. Her expertise in identifying training needs and performance improvement interventions has significantly contributed in the success of the organization and its people.

Latha’s ability to develop a rapport with the staff across hierarchy, creates an environment conducive for learning and growth. Her vast experience in the BPO sector enables her to promptly identify employee needs and retain talent. She firmly believes that continuous skill building and training is key in aiding individuals navigate through the ever-dynamic world of corporate.

Muthupandi is the Vice President, Technology at the company. A BE in Computer Science and Engineering, Muthu has been a part of Tranquilmoney since July 2019. He has been a major contributor in redesigning our flagship product, PracticeTracker to handle different workflows and client requirements. Muthu is responsible for the overall software development and updation process.

Muthu’s relevant industry experience and exposure enables him to offer out-of-the box technological solutions, while his thorough understanding of the end-user needs aids him in designing client-centric solutions. He primarily specializes in Software Development using Microsoft tools. With a command over database designing and software workflow designing, Muthu has been instrumental in fetching the EHR certification program.
